The Vacancy
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead to join our warm and friendly team at Whitgift House.
The Clinical Lead is an integral role within the Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strong clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care to residents.
As clinical lead you will oversee clinical standards; guide, support and direct nursing and care teams; and ensure compliance with regulatory and professional requirements.
This role bridges management and frontline care; promoting best practice, continuous improvement and a culture of dignity, compassion and respect. It is integral in maintaining high-quality clinical outcomes, safeguarding residents’ wellbeing, and supporting colleague development within a multidisciplinary care environment.
