The Vacancy
We are seeking a highly organized Administrator to join our dedicated team at Whitgift House, part of the John Whitgift Foundation.
About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the administration function within the home, with primary responsibility for supporting admissions and completing HR administrative tasks. In absence the of the Home Manager, the Administrator will be a point of contact for residents/families and the Head of Finance and Operations.
This vital role is at the heart of our home’s daily operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the administrative function that supports the requirements of the Foundation, our care services, our residents, staff, and external stakeholders while meeting all legislative requirements and accepted standards of best practice.
The Administrator will support the Home Manager with projects including the introduction of new technology and processes to enhance the customer experience and support more effective and efficient ways of working.
